Our approach:

  • We centre social justice, creativity and care: strengthening organisations and movements imagining more equitable futures.

  • Our approach is trauma-informed, feminist, anti-colonial and anti-oppressive, shaped by the diverse lived experience of our collective across gender, race, sexuality, neurodiversity, caring and health.

  • We believe in collaborative, creative and participatory methods: from arts-based facilitation and coaching to co-design and reflective learning.

  • Our work centres lived experience. Guided by liberatory theory and practice, we embrace neurodiversity and accessibility, and challenge systemic injustice at every step. We listen deeply to respond to each organisation’s unique context and needs.

  • As researchers, facilitators, artists, activists and organisers with deep roots in community and movement spaces, we are hungry for systems change.
